Fabulous hosts welcomed us into their family for a few days. The room was lovely and enchanting and I couldn’t have wished for anything different.
Their conservation and rewilding activities are excellent and to be supported, and for me set this above the competition.
Game drives gave intimate glimpses into the private lives of giraffe, lion and white rhino.

Mossel Bay is a beautiful city, not overcrowded, it makes a perfect vacation to relax and recharge. The only challenge is public transport, Uber & Bolt are almost non-existent, it's mostly private taxis that you have to call and they are always busy, making the waiting time a bit longer. I would recommend you come with your own car or you hire one, you'll enjoy the place even more without transport inconveniences.
Overall, it's a beautiful place with more than enough to offer visitors.

Charming with some lovely boutique shops.
Charming with some lovely boutique shops. At the far end a great hiking opportunity around st Blaize point followed by a refreshing dip in the sea gully. Unfortunately couldn’t do the zip line as it was too windy. Nor the shark diving for the same reason.
Great padel court on the sea front.
Great bagels at jacks on the Main Street
Dinner at gannet was good.
Amazing bbq in the harbour and very reasonable.
Try the oyster shots next door.
Don’t visit the aquarium!

Visiting the ATKV near by in Hartenbos has great facilities for both adults and children. A visit to the Langeberg Mall is a must to shopping and dining.
A visit to Diaz Beach with its long stretch of white sand and a visit to the Zipline which is the biggest over the ocean in the whole world at the Point is a must

its a lovely bay, specially Santos beach, 2/3 top class restaurants in mossal bay, nice shopping mall as well/
.
2 restaurants we used were kingfisher and café gannet which was exceptional in everything.
We stayed in the apartment 200m from the main Guest House - it was a great space, with fabulous views overlooking Santos Beach. The room itself had air con, fan, v comfy bed and a garage to park our car.
The breakfast was served in the main guest house - which was plentiful of yoghurt, fruit, cooked breakfast, pastries and cereals.
A short walk down the hill you could be on the beach or a short drive down into Mossel Bay town.
The shuttle service offered was a great touch for ease too (thanks to Paul!)
The staff at reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant are always very helpful, friendly and competent. I love the view from the restaurants and from the room. The rooms are kept clean, tea, coffee etc is stocked up daily and the linen and towels are clean and changed if necessary. The breakfast is excellent and fresh with a good variety to choose from. Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family as this is the only place I stay when visiting Mosselbay.
The quietness in the evenings with the sounds of frogs and crickets were awsome.
Woken up by the sound of guinea-fowl was just as nice.
Although not on the beach front, access to beaches and shops were easy and quick.
The property is well equiped and comfortable.
Very clean. Beautiful views. Well equipped for self catering. Super comfortable. Wonderful decor. Warm and caring host. I come to Mossel bay at least 4 times per year and have stayed in many places. Authentic is by far the best and will always be my stay of choice.
The view over the Habour was awesome.
We also visit the Light tower restaurant with the view over Mossel bay that was breathtaking.
We also went to Hartenbos and walk on the Beach.
We also went to Sedgefield and Knysna which was a wonderfull visit.
Location is excellent, looking out over the bay (ask for a harbour view room). On-site bar, swimming pool and restaurant, all excellent, as was the service from hotel staff. Secure parking is available. Mossel Bay itself is a very pleasant town.
This property had an amazing view of the Mossel Bay. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. The host and the lovely ladies who prepared our breakfast were very welcoming. Highly recommended.
The hosts were warm, welcoming and attentive to our every need. Beautiful views over the Mossel Bay harbour. Fabulous breakfast. Spacious room with comfortable bed and crisp clean linen.
Pet Friendly. Self Catering Unit. Super Location. GREAT Views. Right on the beach with easy beach access. Easy Access Parking. Close to the Mall, Shopping centers and Restaurants.
Room 504. The location and the view from the hotel rates with the best in the world. The staff is phenomenal and nothing is to much. They made the difference.
Staff were very friendly. Located on the beach for easy access. Food for breakfast was adequate. Meals served were lovely. Not anything else positive to say.
The location was amazing ! The room was beautifully styled. The location on the beach was breathtaking ! The staff were extremely friendly and professional.
Breakfast was reasonable. Could maybe have a bigger variety or range to choose from.
The location of the Hotel was peaceful and quiet with a awesome view.
