The hotel Normandie is in a great location very close to the beach. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping daily was very good.Just a few tweaks to update would make it one notch up.The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice of hot and cold food. The pool area was warm and relaxing with a spa pool. The number 1 bus stops outside the hotel and it takes you into st helier and then you can transfer on very easily with an easy to navigate bus station. All in all an excellent holiday and we would definitely return to the Normandie good value for money.

All the staff were very friendly. Although we didn't use it there was a lovely looking outdoor pool and outdoor sitting area. The bed was comfortable and the bedlinen was good quality.

Marina Metro Hotel is superbly situated on the seafront, overlooking the bay at Havre des Pas, one of St Helier's lovely beach areas with safe bathing either from the beach or in the open-air bathing...
I enjoyed the location of St Saviour. It was really easy to get to the Castle on the East coast and very easy to get to St Hellier as well. I had a hire car and it was easy to find the hotel too. The hotel is a little dated, but it's clean and has all the facilities, wifi only in the foyer, but I found it lovely that every evening lots of people would be sitting in the foyer, all on their phones and laptops. The staff were really helpful and friendly

Great pool and facilities , the hotel is a short walk to the town Centre, around 15 minutes and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel could communicate better with the guests about what’s on everyday and the rooms are in need of updating but they are clean and functional and the beds are comfortable.
Hotel was much larger than expected. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and can’t be faulted.
Plenty of choice for breakfast buffet. The food in the American Diner and Italian Restaurant was decent. En suite was clean.
Did not use the pool located over the road so cannot comment but it is a selling point if you have children.
The hotel is dated but well maintained. The staffs are very nice and attentive to all the guests.
The amenities are also good for all ages.
Good location and v good service.
Special thank you to Julie and Christian from Reception who sent some wine when they learned its my birthday.
It’s like a rabbit Warren. Just when we thought we’d seen it all, along comes another restaurant or bar. The staff were amazing. We witnessed several staff members going out of their way to help guests when they could have easily turned a blind eye. They are all a credit to the hotel.
Clean comfortable hotel. Big bed with Snow White linen. Cereal and cooked breakfast included in the room price.
Lovely seating area around the pool. Big lounge area and small bar.
Proprietor Dee was always very helpful and friendly.
Loved the hotel, 2nd time of staying. Pool is exceptional and wonderful fun, staff great, helpful, lovely food, great entertainment for slightly older children. Great feel about the hotel. Breakfast was amazing.
It’s so big, I love the layout and style of the hotel.
