Fantastic breakfast. Staff were really friendly. Location was ideal. I plan to use this hotel every time I visit Capetown

The Walden House is just a 5-minute drive from Table Mountain and the Waterfront. This elegant Victorian house offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies overlooking the mountains. ticks ALL the boxes: very friendly & flexible staff (especially Amy), large room, good bed, great breakfast, nice (small) pool, convenient location. Everything is a short Uber ride away in Cape Town anyway, and it’s just 2-3 minutes walk from Kloof St with shops and bars and restaurants.

Set on the slopes of Cape Town's Signal Hill, in Tamboerskloof, Radium Hall offers views of Table Mountain. It features spacious rooms with patios and a large garden. Incredible views and location. I could stare out the window all day if I had the time! I've spent 4 months staying in different places in Cape Town and South Africa and this is one of the best places I have stayed in, especially for the price. The guest house is very close to Blue Cafe, which is a great place for breakfast and amazing tiramisu. If you keep walking down the hill, you get to Kloof Street which has a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The location itself is very safe. I stayed a single female and I often came home late at night and felt comfortable. The room itself is very spacious and has plenty of room for storage, as well as a desk. The bed was very comfy as well, and there is a fan and heater (I used both due to Cape Town's interesting weather this week). There is a kitchen in the house with everything you need for cooking. I also used the upstairs space a few times for working. It has a really nice view and some nice lounge spaces. As for the hosts, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome there, as if I was staying in a friend's home. If you're an animal lover there are also a couple of super friendly and playful cats that hang around the property sometimes. Although I'm not a cat person, these cats were one of the highlights of my stay :) Overall I would highly recommend!

Close to Cape Towns attractions, this 4-star guest house at the foot of Table Mountain offers cosy and beautiful rooms, free WiFi, and excellent services. Warmest hospitality. Very individual, nice rooms. Breakfast is amazing. Been here for the 3rd time, speaks for itself.

This boutique guest house can be peacefully found inside an old Cape Dutch homestead that has been meticulously refurbished and decorated in a refined modern African style. Very friendly welcome by the owner who gave us a treasure of information about SA, the region and things to do. The breakfast is delicious and the house absolutely stunning. We loved our stay here!
