Boasting a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Old Foundry Hotel is set in the centre of Cape Town, 2.1 km from Mouille Point Beach. The design was very nice and the breakfast very good as well. It was settled in a old foundry which was amazing.

Offering a rooftop bar with an outdoor pool, The Grey Hotel is situated in the vibrant De Waterkant of Cape Town. Honestly, everything was pretty much perfect, truly. But, the staff wins the show for The Grey hotel. We stayed for a week, and we were so looked after with warmth and friendliness, it was hard to leave the wonderful people we spent the week with. My husband and I worked remote for a week. TIP: If you do this, consider getting a room with the private balcony, you get a desk in there and it's easy to have private video calls for work, your all plugged in. Our room was super comfortable, great hair dryer (if it's important to you, this is a small bonus). Lot's of places to plug in to charge phones, laptops. The location is amazing, you are surrounded by wonderful restaurants with in a minute or two of walking, walking distance to the V&A, you can run (I felt safe, although perhaps it was naive, but I ran to the V&A then to the boardwalk in Seapoint so it's a great location if your a runner as well. Ubers were plentiful. There is also a small shopping mall with several coffee places, a grocery store, a place to buy a SIM if you need it, an ATM. There is even a very small pool on the roof, and as small as it is, I annoyed the staff by swimming back and forth for 45 minutes but I still got a wee swim in which was great. We had coffee in the reception every-morning and the gentlemen serving breakfast and coffee were a joy to spend the morning with. The neighborhood itself is sweet, on the edge of Bo Kaap, it does house many expensive houses that carry the colors of Bo Kaap but are homes to wealthy people so, it's feels safer (although, always be aware). If I were to return, with out a doubt, I'd stay here over and over again.

This elegant 4-star hotel is just 2 km from the V&A Waterfront and the Two Oceans Aquarium. It has an outdoor pool, massage services and panoramic views of Table Mountain. Excellent location, excellent access to V&A and the Atlantic seaboard. Very helpful friendly staff. Spacious room.

Cape Finest Guesthouse and Self-Catering Apartments offers luxury accommodation in a modern setting in the heart of Cape Town. Cape Finest was amazing. The treasure of the guest house was Willi; he looked after us from morning to night 🌙 😄 Breakfast was delicious, carefully thought about and varied...for fear we would get bored! Room was beautiful. He was interested in how our day went, ready with suggestions for great restaurants and music. Willi was keen to ensure we were safe when we went out and told us where to go and where not. Would love to stay again as Cape Town has much more to explore.

I love everything in this place, is clear,quite, you can find there everything because everything is close there (African ristorante, bar, Gym, supermarket (EVERYTHING) but I must have to stop for spend an ocean of words to Stephan, if you need an interpreter he will be there, if you need to know how can you get a place or thing, he will be there, if you have any problem Stephan will be there and André too , I just have to say there... Situated conveniently in the centre of Cape Town, Mirage by McStay offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Great stay and lovely apartment that ticked all the boxes as it had everything. The building also had power full backup and so our stay was not impacted by load shedding (power outages) at all, which was great as I was working from the apartment during the day. Wifi was also stable and fast which is always a plus.
