Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The location is in the city center, very close to the pedestrian area. The room was clean and the stuff was extremely friendly.

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare là một tòa nhà có từ thế kỷ 14 nằm trong Vườn Quốc gia Cinque Terre, cách bờ biển nhiều đá của làng Riomaggiore 50 m. the location is great- right in riomaggiore marina the room itself is packed with coffe, tea, bottles water and orange juice free of charge great showers , high quality soaps and shampoo . the host- Paolo is very nice and helping gave us great advices for the region and on what to do overall I think this house reaches a hotel- like standard . cons- you can hear what’s happening in the rooms next to you.

We loved everything about this apartment… beautiful, comfortable and the location for us was perfect … short walk to the train station. Esmeralda was an excellent host.. she made sure we had everything we needed & provided so much information about restaurants, sites, etc in the area. We were even treated to a bottle of wine when we arrived!
