Luca with his final touch and professionalism make you feel like you are in a 5 ⭐️ Hotel and more than that! Location couldn’t be better!

Situated in Florence, Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca provides accommodation with a seating area and flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is provided. Everything was perfect in this little hotel. The location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to the train station. 2 mins to the duomo. Stunning views and slightly tucked away from the crowds, so not noisy at all. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn't be better. It's worth the money. Beds were comfy and had a spacious room.

Well situated in the Duomo district, this guest house is located 50 metres from Piazza del Duomo. central right in centre of Florence. very friendly and helpful staff. He explained everything and told us local places to eat etc

Affittacamere Delfo is located just outside the historic center of Pisa, a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Our apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and spacious. Very happy, thank you!

I Parigi Corbinelli is surrounded by the pleasant hills at the gates of Florence. Nearby free parking and a bus stop make it ideal to visit the city. Absolutly stunning place in Tuscany. Up on the hill with amazing view on the Florence city. Swimmingpool available all day and wvening to watch sunset. Very nice breakfast in the garden. Friendly stuff and owners. Travelling with my dog. Very large room, with fridge, bar, local pizza for dinner. Wine for sale.

Great location, in within walking distance to all the highlights and monuments, very easy and convinient self check in, very clean.. 10 min walk from main train station, many bars, restaurants and shops in surrounding area.

Set in the centre of Florence, within 500 metres of San Marco Church in Florence and 300 metres of Accademia Gallery, Maison Ginori Guelfa is an accommodation offering quiet street views. Couldn’t be happier with everything! The room was clean,spacious,relaxing,had everything you needed plus the host Pierpaolo was absolutely incredible- nothing was too much trouble and very accommodating. Great location too. 100% will be coming back

La Dimora del Mercante is set in the Uffizi district of Florence, less than 1 km from Pitti Palace, a 10-minute walk from Accademia Gallery and 500 metres from Piazza del Duomo di Firenze. Location was AMAZING, rooms were very clean and furnitures are brand new. The spirit of the hotel is so nice. there is a small balcony for short coffee breaks. Stuff was very kind. What else I can say :)

Affittacamere MADE IN PISA Locazione Turistica, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Pisa, 4.4 km from Piazza dei Miracoli, 4.8 km from Pisa Cathedral, as well as 5.1 km from Leaning Tower... It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

Boasting a garden, L'Antico Asilo is set in Stazzema in the Tuscany region, 29 km from Viareggio train station. All rooms include a patio with mountain views and free WiFi. The view it is so beautiful, in the middle of mountains. House it’s also beautiful and full of history and owners are so kind and helpful, we are comming again next year.
