Sauna and fire outside above the arctic circle was the best. Cannot recommend staying here for a northern Sweden adventure more highly.

The location is amazing on the top of a snowfield. We had it all to ourselves, and we could see the fireworks in the city from the comfy bed. The sauna was an amazing experience and perfect for some relaxation Everything was very well organised and the staff were very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place and more for a real winter escape

It is an absolute pearl among accommodations. Ideally located with great views, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The hosts are very nice and helpful but also respecting your privacy. Located along the Kungsleden trail, this accommodation is only accessible by hiking or skiing, 5.5 km west of Nikkaluokta. Location and interior and cleanliness

Offering rooms with a lake view and modern furnishings, this property is 22 km from Kiruna and 35 minutes’ drive from Nikkaluokta. It features a cosy, bookable restaurant cabin with a personal chef. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.
