Everything was perfect, such a nice hotel, exactly what you expect from a mountain hotel. Well decorated rooms with a nice terrace, breakfast had also everything one needs to start a good day. We would definitely come back here if we can.

Very vegan friendly, the restaurant offers lots of vegan options, staff is way friendly, nice and kind (they asked all the time if everything's ok), the wellness center had free of charge tea, water and nuts. The swimming pool was relaxing, the water temperature perfect, the beds from the wellness area very comfy. The terrace was also very cool with a great view and we could helped ourselves with drinks. The bedroom was well equipped. I only missed different types of pillows (for my hubby was too soft). I also would like to recommend for the future an installation of an infrared cabin. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

This was an amazing experience! From the beginning, we knew that our journey here will be nice, but we didn't expected for what it would come. Maria, Otto and Team know's how to make you feel like home, in their own home. They are all very professionals! Maria offer us a very warm welcome, starting with a very nice message in our room. She offered us all the informations regarding their home, not only in our first day, but in all days. She made us food recommandations, she gave us travel info's and even she had booked a table for us to a restaurant, when they didn't served dinner. We also loved talking to Otto. He gave us info's about hiking, where to go, when to go, he knows the weather, the places, he gave us even a local map with the mountains. He even cooked very well, one of the best food's I ever eat. They serve dinner almost each evening and the food is very fresh and very good. The breakfast is also very good, serving only quality stuff, most of them local products. These people are very kind, that they even helped us to see a dentist in the area, as an emergency. From the bottom of our hearts, Maria, Otto and Team, thank you for this amazing experience!!! Without no doubt, when we will travel again in Austria, we'll come to you, because you are amazing!!! Thank you so much!! Ps. We are very sad we stayed only 4 nights, but next time we'll stay longer for sure! Best regards!

The hotel is beautiful & traditional from outside, but very morden and convenient inside. The apartment is very clean, with nice view to the mountains. We also enjoyed the garden of the hotel, and the nearby hiking path.

Sve. Najprije smjestaj, u odnosu na cijenu smjestaj je super. Jako uredno i cisto. Ispred hotela parkirno mjesto. Vlasnik jako ljubazan, dorucak odlican i veliki izbor. Onda lokacija, koja je idealna. Jako mirno i ugodno za spavanje, Eibsee i Zugspitze Bahn nekih 5 minuta s autom, Höllentklam 10 minuta pjesice a Garmisch takodjer 5 minuta autom. Sve u svemu, odlican izbor i svakako se vidimo ponovno 😀

Absolutely beautiful grounds, decorated so pretty for Christmas. The outdoor fire pits at night were so welcoming. The one bedroom apartments were so spacious and comfortable. The underground tunnels to the different buildings were also helpful to stay out of the cold when walking to breakfast.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was very clean and cozy. The location of the hotel could not be better, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and to a supermarket (Lidl). In case you miss the train, there is a stop for the ski bus quite close, right across the train station. The facilities at the hotel were also great, including sauna and gym area. We were pretty much alone in the mentioned facilities, so we really enjoyed our time there! The covid rules were followed strictly, which made us feel safer during our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and included a variety of foods, such as yogurt, fruits, cereals, toast, bread buns, pancakes, eggs, bacon, ham, cheese... and of course coffee, tea and hot chocolate! Also, I must mention the great staff at the hotel. They helped us to store our luggage the morning we arrived before check-in as well as after checking out the next day. The hotel also has a great ski storage room with boot warmers which we really appreciated!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Bichlerhof. Everything was as per expectations, and the room had a great view too. Room size was quite big and there was ample parking space. We had a minor issue with communicating since we arrived late and the main reception staff was away. But nothing that Google translate can't help you with ! Will love to stay again.

It was a great location. We did half board and enjoyed breakfast and dinner in on site restaurant. The indoor pool was nice, the fitness center was well equipped and the sauna/wellness center was very nice. Enjoyed a massage followed by time in the multiple saunas. This dog friendly hotel was perfect for our stay. The family skied/snowboarded at Garmisch Classic and had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place. And would stay here again.
