I had a pleasant stay! The pool was nice, the rooms were clean and the staff very attentive. The shuttle to the beach and town was very useful and compensated fully for the location. 🌴

SAii Laguna Phuket is located on Bangtao Beach. It offers rooms with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. The resort is an outdoor pool and fitness centre.

We had a great 9 night stay with our toddler. The Wi-Fi is strong. Bed was firm but comfortable. Room is dated, but in style. Food at the hotel restaurants was good and expectedly a bit more pricey than places outside, but still reasonable. The Laguna was surprisingly beautiful and peaceful. Pools were great and the slide was so much fun. There is a nice restaurant next to the hotel that’s great for sunset. The staff at the hotel were absolutely superb. Gift, Gade, and Mo were delightful in The Club and tended to our every need. Restaurant staff and front desk staff (Aon, Tuang) referred to us by name and were very helpful. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Everything. Property looked nice. The Owner and Staff were so friendly and always cleaned up the room well. Security and Safety was amazing in the neighborhood because it was a gated area. Also, location was OK. 20-30min drive from the beaches.

Excellent place which has modern design, great pool, helpful staff. Basically, an all-around great place. Worth the money. In fact, we are now looking to rent an apartment at Cassia.
