It was a perfect experience. We booked the hotel's airport transfer service, which was a comfortable one-hour journey in a Toyota Alphard. The distance from the Main Gate to the Lobby is a long and steep slope, which makes the hotel very private. The hotel has Club Cars to take you anywhere, and there is a 711 at the entrance, as well as many small restaurants and local street vendors. After checking out at noon, they even provided us with a Relaxing Room because our flight was very late, where we could rest, shower, and stay until any time.

The apartment has a nice terrace around the private pool and a nice balcony at the upstairs room. We also liked the elevator to hotel restaurant, which has an easy access to the beach and hotel pool. The room had some refreshments free of charge, and it was refilled daily. Breakfast was excellent. It included basic buffet and a breakfast menu where you could order different omelets, fruits, desserts, thai portions and more. The sandy beach was peaceful and suitable for swimming and other beach activities. The personnel was really polite, friendly and helpful. Phuket old town is within easy access by a taxi.
