I hate that I can only give this place a 10. From the moment I booked the room, the staff was so attentive to our every need. Tips for the most efficient transport, figuring out our itinerary and to top it all off, ensuring the room was at a comfortable temperature by the time we arrived! I've never seen such attention to detail and a genuine level of care for all the guests here. I can't thank Joy enough for being our emissary while here. She took the time to get to know us and helped fine tune our activities to perfection. The rooms are very luxurious and quite spacious. The added touch of having a French press coffee maker in the room is fantastic.

Breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh for whatever time you choose. The view at breakfast was just stunning, the views from the villas was also amazing and the villa pool was a great size and so were the rooms. Kitchen is stocked up for you for the first night.

We took the duplex room and it was amazing. The pool was so nice and the staff also was super friendly. The location was a bit far from the centre of the city but if you are there for a week, it wont be such a big issue.

The Mangrove ticks all the boxes with its fantastic facilities in a prime location, complemented by the welcoming and attentive staff. It's a splendid stay all around!
