Nestled among a mini tropical forest hill and ending on a private beach, the property is a micro-ecosystem of itself. We were first booked on the upper section (up the hill) of the property for which one needs to use lots of stairs to reach the pool, beach and the cocktail station area. Next day, we upgraded ourselves to the lower reaches of the property near the beach - so we have a good measure of the property. It has been a memorable stay - top notch staff service, room and general facilities, and the restaurants, especially the Thai Beach restaurant. The breakfast is excellent and nothing really to complain. Because we have experience of fantastic Thai hospitality from other places, we could nit-pick and say that we have seen even grander juice/beverage and fruit options at less luxurious properties - something the management can think about. The cocktails station at the beach, which dishes out nice cocktails entire day, is a favorite amongst guests and always buzzing. The area has nice beach benches with comfortable mattress where one could lie around for hours with lovely ocean views. We happened to use the pool, gym and the reading room on the mezzanine and they were very good. Overall, a lovely luxurious stay.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

La struttura ha superato le aspettative! Ci aspettavamo un 5 stelle, ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi! Pulizia eccezionale, camere molto ampie e curate nel dettaglio, colazione a buffet ottima con una scelta vastissima, piscina immersa in un giardino perfetto ed atmosfera rilassante e paciosa! SPA da 10! Il tutto accompagnato da cortesia, cordialità e gentilezza. Consigliatissimi i ristoranti presenti nel resort Con la app del resort, installata sui nostri smartphone durante il check-in, si può fare tutto in autonomia… anche decidere il momento migliore per la pulizia della camera! Un vero 5 stelle

Fantastica vista sia dalla camera che dalla terrazza con piscina situata all'ultimo piano. Personale molto gentile e posizione ottima praticamente a ridosso della bellissima Surin beach. Colazione buona e variegata.

I was checked in very late night and reception was very welcome with smiling face. Thank you Miew for warm welcome . Also we got an upgrade to suite room , the room was good for a couple . Highly recommended !!! Lastly thank you Mai and Fah who were farewell us upon check out, we’ll be back again for sure !!!

The room is huge! great shower, comfortable bed, good wifi, amazing pool. Really nice beach is one minute away. 7/11 and a few restaurant and bars right next door. The manager really went out of his way to make us feel at home, we had to extend our stay and re-book transportation and they sorted it all out for us.
