Located in Ban Chang, within 6.1 km of Emerald Golf Resort and 6.1 km of Eastern Star Golf Course, Hideaway Resort Banchang provides accommodation with a bar and free WiFi. It took a bit of searching to actually locate the resort, but once found it was fabulous. The Hideaway is almost new and there is not a scratch yet. The pool is exceptional as is the restaurant that overlooks the pool. There are cabanas for those guests that prefer to be in the shade while enjoying the atmosphere of the pool. The owner was very helpful when I asked questions. I'd rate The Hideaway as the best accommodation in Ban Chang.

Situated in Ban Phe, 1.3 km from Suan Son Beach, Barong Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Everything, but really everything. We are coming back!

Situated in Mae Pim, within a few steps of Sai Kaew Beach and 1.8 km of Laem Mae Pim Beach, The Ryad Rayong features accommodation with a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property as well as... I felt like I was the owner of the hotel, being served with very nice food by super friendly staff. It is so comfy, quiet, privacy, green and beautiful.

Viking Holiday Resort has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Ko Samed. Located around 500 metres from Ao Thian Beach, the resort with free WiFi is also 700 metres away from Ao Wai Beach. Viking Holiday is the perfect place to relax by the beach. Everyone is lovely. I hope to return soon, kap kun kaa:)

Koh Munnork Private Island offers free WiFi in public areas. The property features a swimming pool. Free public parking is possible in a nearby location. Beautiful Island, peaceful place to relax for a few days. Peacocks walking around. Swimming pool facing the water. Beach is beautiful and food is really good too. Cocktails are great!

Just a few steps away from Ao Klang Beach, Baan Ploy Sea offers room with private balconies. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire residence. We stayed at Baan Ploy Sea for two nights, in a jungle view room. The room was spacious and very clean, and very quiet through the night. Probably a better choice than the sea view rooms, which are right next to the little pool where kids start to play early in the morning. The restaurant is great, clearly one of the best on the island, and breakfast was delicious. Staff is very helpful. The beachfront is clean, and that part of the bay isn't too busy with boats. You can rent a paddle board or kayaks. An extra bonus is the incredibly smooth logistics from mainland to the island and back. If I ever return to Koh Samed, I know where to stay.

Set in Mae Pim, 8.3 km from Rayong Botanical Garden, Hacienda Resort - Mae Phim offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. We were treated like royalty with exceptional service and hospitality. On (not sure of the spelling) in particular was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The beautiful courtyard and gardens were beautifully manicured, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation. We enjoyed an excellent western breakfast that was cooked to perfection. The tranquil setting of the hotel allowed us to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated. We originally had only booked one night but ended up staying for 3 nights!

Set in Ban Phe, 1.4 km from Mae Ram Phueng Beach, Swiss Resort offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Newly built hotel. Everything is new. The Swiss owner built the area very nicely. It was our best accommodation in three weeks traveling around Thailand.

Set in Rayong, 44 km from Emerald Golf Resort, Sunvada Beach Rayong offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Brand new and great location,right next to the beach. Has a small bar and food vendor next door plus a 7/11 just down the road. Staff where amazing always willing to help. Breakfast brought to the room every morning. Rooms where new,large and clean with good wifi. Brilliant place to stay for a peaceful getaway.

You get what you book, meaning a retreat. If you want to relax, have a quiet environment, read, just do nothing and find yourself this is the perfect place to be.
